Wild Game Processing

Wild Game Processing.jpg

When your wild game is dropped off, the animal is immediately tagged with your information. We'll then take your order and walk through all of your processing options with you.

From there, the animal is moved into our walk-in cooler where it will either be skinned or, if already skinned, prepared for deboning. Next, your order hits the cutting block. Our butcher pulls up your individual order and cuts your steaks, roasts, and any other custom cuts you selected.

Those cuts move to the wrapping station where they are tenderized when needed, vacuum sealed, packaged, and boxed. Your trim then moves to the grinder where it is made into the different products you selected. Depending on your order, those products are either packaged fresh or moved through our smoking and cooking process.

Once everything is complete, the entire order is frozen, boxed together, and stored until pickup. Typical turnaround time is approximately 7-10 days. Once your order is ready, you'll be notified directly by us through text or phone.
